Dr. Curt Locklear

Dr. Locklear earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1979 from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary medicine. Dr. Locklear not only excels in diagnostics and surgery, but is known for his compassion and humanitarian efforts for animals.
Dr. Eunisa Lindsey
Veterinarian
Dr. Lindsey comes to us from Greensboro, NC. She completed her DVM at Ross University, and moved back home to the states to pursue her career as a veterinarian.
Mickey Jacobs
RVT, Registered Veterinary Technician
Mickey Jacobs has been with Southeastern Veterinary Hospital for 22 years. He attended Central Carolina Community College, where he earned his Veterinary Technician license. He resides in Lumberton, NC where he was born and raised. In his spare time, Mickey attends horse shows and other equestrian events where he competes in Barrel Racing.
Natula Locklear
Technician
Natula is a Robeson County native, who has been with Southestern Veterinary Hospital for eight years. She resides in Pembroke with her husband Billy, and their three children. Natula loves all of God’s creatures, but is especially gifted in the treatment of large animals and livestock.
Destinee Lowry
Technician
Technician Assistant
Rachel is a full-time college student, pursuing a career in Veterinary Medicine. She is currently enrolled at UNC-Pembroke for her undergraduate studies. Rachel enjoys all outdoor activities, and spending time with her cocker spaniel, Black Jack.
Sarah Locklear
Receptionist
Sarah is a life-long member of the SEVH family. She has been with us for most of her adult life, along-side her father, Dr. Locklear. She graduated from UNC-P in 2013, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. She taught at Purnell Swett High School, but eventually returned to the clinic where she is a receptionist. Sarah is the mother of Ellie, a beautiful baby girl, and Mia, her beloved pomeranian.
Barbara Oxendine
Kennel Maintenance Supervisor/Groomer
Mrs. Barbara has been with us since November of 2017. She oversees our boarding facility, and is also a part-time groomer.
She is a Robeson County native, who is happily married with three sons,
In her spare time, she practices cosmetology, and enjoys spending time with her labs.
JoAnn Paulk
Bather
JoAnn has been with SEVH for about 2 years. She is responsible for making our fur-babies smell and look fresh and clean!
